Growing crops!

     Growing crops is the main activities to do in Harvest Moon and also the most important part. I made most of my money from them. And later on, you’ll need money for almost everything. (Buying gifts, extensions, upgrade tools, buy animals, etc.)  So I make a table of all the crops and their value according to their seasons for easy review.

*Crops that will grow back multiple times after harvest.

    

     To grow crops, you’ll 1^st need to clear part of your farm and tilt the land. I always tilt my land in 3x3 orders and it is the best way for beginners. You can try any other order after you gain control of your whole farm. After tilted the land, you can begin to plant your seed. Remember to water the seed every day. If u missed watering your farm for 1 day, your crop growth will delay by 1 day. And when the season changed, the crops will wither.

     For Strawberry, Pumpkin and Spinach seeds, you’ll need to sell 100 of all the other crops for their respective season. And they’ll be available to sale in the Supermarket the very next day.

     Other than Crops, you can also plant Grass and Flowers seeds on your farm. You can cut the grass to make cow and sheep feed, and pick the flower to give to the villagers to increase their affection.

#1- Moon Drop Flower will only available after Karen event which she’ll give you a pack of Moon Drop Seed and you’ll have to plant it and after it bloom, Karen will be very happy. Won will sell it the next day.

#2- Magic Red Flower seed will actually blooms Blue Flowers, but sometimes it will bloom a Red one and if it does, you can sell it for 200g each.
